Vliv pandemie koronaviru na pracovněprávní vztahy Abstrakt Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem pandemie koronaviru na pracovněprávní vztahy. Cílem práce je zaměřit se na právní instituty, které se ocitly v centru zájmu v souvislosti s příchodem pandemie a posoudit, zda právní úprava byla dostatečná a jaký dopad měla na adresáty právních norem. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na překážky v práci praktikované na situace, které vyvstaly s příchodem pandemie. Tato kapitola klade důraz na otázku, kdo nese, popř. by měl nést náklady za negativní dopady způsobené pandemií. Druhá, třetí a čtvrtá kapitola se věnují jednotlivým subjektům a míře, jakou byly dotčeny pandemií Covidu-19. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na zaměstnance pracující distančně a možné potíže, které jsou s prací mimo pracoviště zaměstnavatele spojené. Třetí kapitola se zabývá právním postavením povolaných studentů, kterým byla za nouzového stavu nařízena pracovní povinnost a vhodností využití tohoto institutu. Předmětem kapitoly čtvrté jsou pak zaměstnavatelé a jejich nárok na státní pomoc. Pátá, šestá a poslední sedmá kapitola mají základ v bezpečnosti a ochraně zdraví na pracovišti a zabývají se aktuálními otázkami spojenými s pandemií a taktéž s jejími možnými následky. The impact of the pandemic Covid-19 on single living seniors

The bachelor thesis deals with the description of the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on single living seniors. At the beginning of the work, the age and the associated changes and pitfalls are described. The issues of deprivation, isolation and separation are also discussed. In the last chapter of the theoretical part, the bachelor thesis focuses on epidemics and pandemics. This chapter describes their impact on the human psyche and how to manage it using coping strategies. The empirical part consists of research focused on the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on single living seniors. Within the mixed design, the principles of quantitative and qualitative methods were used. In the quantitative part, there was a comparison of single living seniors with those who live with a partner or family. The qualitative part focused on a closer study of the experiences of those who have to cope with this pandemic situation themselves. The data used for this bachelor's thesis come from the JUPSYCOR research project, which obtained information using a questionnaire survey during the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic in the Czech Republic.

Changes in endurance levels in a selected group of pupils due to the Covid-19 pandemic

IN ENGLISH In this diploma thesis we deal with the issue of whether the measures proposed proposed and adopted by the government in connection with the reduction of the spread of Covid-19 have affected the endurance abilities of a selected group of older school-age pupils. We investigated whether the probands had changes in their endurance skills, whether they had improved, stagnated or worsened. The theoretical part presents endurance skills, fitness, physical activity, and anti-coronovirus restrictions. The theoretical part also deals with how the adopted anti-coronary virus measures have affected the lives of older school-age children, especially the exercise regime. In the second part, we focused on testing students in a selected middle school. For testing, we used a simple method of testing aerobic fitness running at 1000 meters. All pupils of the second grade of the school took part in the measurement. We used second grade pupils of all grades and all classes to measure. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to find out how the measures taken in connection with the effort to reduce the spread of Covid-19 disease affected the endurance abilities of a selected group of students older school age.
